Some anger is telling us something important.
Something is wrong.
A child is being exploited.
A worker is being abused.
A family is going hungry.
Someone is treated as less valuable because of who they are.
People profit from suffering they never have to see.
When we encounter these realities, anger can rise quickly.
And sometimes that anger is appropriate.
The Bible does not ask us to become emotionally numb to injustice.
But Scripture also warns us that anger is powerful.
What begins as grief over evil can become hatred.
What begins as a desire for justice can become revenge.
What begins as righteous concern can slowly consume our hearts.
That is why anger needs somewhere safe to go.
It needs to go to God.
