As the signs of Matthew 24 become more and more apparent with each passing year, it also becomes evident that the time of probation in terms of accepting the loving sacrifice of Christ becomes more and more precious.
We as followers of Christ have a highly important task of spreading the untainted, pure and Holy Spirit guided news of salvation to the masses of the world. Whether the world accepts it or not is a matter that is left to the individual. We also have the responsibility of continually running the race of life, so that an eternal inheritance beyond the darkness of these days may be found. Nothing could be more precious. As the natural disasters, outbreaks of disease (i.e. Ebola), war and financial collapse continually shape the nature of these days, and will worsen to the likes we have never seen - we are called upon by the Lord to lift our heads to the clouds of heaven, and take joy; as our redemption is drawing near (Luke 21:28.)
I received a very interesting phone call in late August asking if I would be involved in a surprise proposal AND surprise wedding. This was truly a once in a lifetime event to witness so I eagerly accepted. When I met Kevin I knew this was going to be an amazing day. Kevin and Elizabeth (Elegant Beginnings, Inc. Wedding Specialist) have worked so hard to make sure all of the details for this special day were perfect. I wish I could show everything that went into this wedding because they put so much thought into making Angie's surprise wedding absolutely flawless. I hope you enjoy this inside look into a very extraordinary and magnificent day!

Every Christian must be convinced that they have heard the voice of God and obey what they have been taught by Him. Those who have settled in their heart that Christ is the Truth will have their faith confirmed as they continue in a state of belief. As a person abides in Christ by faith He enables them to live a victorious life. Christ is the bread of Life, as we take in and digest what He has taught us His life is incarnated in us as believers. Each believer must possess a personal faith and have a personal encounter with God in order to enter into eternal life. The most important moment in our lives is when we realize our inefficiency. This took place when Abraham encountered Melchizedek or when Isaiah had his vision of God. When we encounter God sin makes us feeble but God’s mercy and grace attracts us to Him. Leanness of soul is the effect of forgetting to put the Lord first in all we think, plan, and do. Most people seek the things of this world rather than looking to God for our satisfaction. We need to hear from God and move towards Him. Each one must encounter the Lord personally. Christ promises everlasting life to all who feed upon Him. A believer must be taught by God by moving toward Him and become like Him through faith. The lives of the disciples were changed drastically because every part of their lives was consecrated to God. We all have our ideas about how this world ends. We are taught as Christians what to expect. But do we understand the full measure of an end to life as we know it?
No, it was not Columbia or Brazil, but of all places, Vienna, Austria! 12,000 people showed up for a colorful demonstration of their love and devotion for Jesus!! It was a significant moment in the history of Austria!!
Each year the people of The ONE Church In Christ Jesus celebrate the pastor's birthday with a special Pastor Appreciation & Birthday service. This video was created to be shown during this service. We pray it proves a blessing as it honors the work and ministry of Pastor Charles Curtiss who began his work in Dallas on Easter Sunday, 2002. This April the church will celebrate it's 13th anniversary. Pastor Appreciation is an important event as it gives the people of the church an opportunity to express their appreciation for the ministry of the man of God who has served them, their families, and their souls. Ministers of the Gospel deserve our respect, honor, support, and encouragement.
