Brave Man Heroically Wades into Icy Water To Rescue Pup

A brave man heroically waded into icy water to rescue a freezing and frightened pup. The cold temperatures and the fast-moving water did not stop this man from saving a helpless animal from danger. Watch the video to see the man’s stunning rescue of the scared, furry, four-legged creature.

Animals are unique and precious beings who were put on Earth by God, the Creator of the universe. Like human beings, animals are part of His creation. So, sometimes, that can and does mean looking out for and protecting animals whenever they get themselves in precarious situations.

In a clip posted on social media, one man rescues an animal that had gotten itself in a terrible, frightening position. The short 47-second clip begins with the man, having already spotted the pup clinging to life on a piece of ice, as he approaches the edge of the water.

As he continues to get closer to the water, the snow eventually gives away, and he falls into the water. Instead of returning to land and safety, the man continues out into the water. As he does, he lets out several loud sighs, indicating that the water is beyond cold.

Despite the cold water, the hero in the video persists and reaches the scared pup struggling to keep its head above water. Once the man has secured the animal, he carries it to the other side of the water, where the canine immediately has a blanket wrapped around it.

In the video’s caption, the woman who posted the animal rescue was beyond grateful for the man’s heroic action.

“This man will forever be my Hero!” she writes. “Never told a stranger I love him so many times before. To some this may just be a man rescuing a dog, but to me, it’s a man rescuing an extension of my soul! The video of the incredible human who saved my girl!”

Proverbs 12:10 “An upright man has thought for the life of his beast, but the hearts of evildoers are cruel.”

Heroic Woman Braves Freezing Waters to Save Man from Icy Pond

A heroic woman braved freezing waters to save a man from an icy pond. The young woman did not think twice after seeing someone in distress, having fallen into a frigid body of water. Watch the video to see how the woman jumped into action to save someone’s life.

Despite what we often hear, heroes are not politicians, athletes or actors. What is supposed to be heroic about being a government official and voting in Congress, putting a ball through a hoop or reciting lines written by someone else? Those people are often out solely for themselves, doing things out of selfish ambition.

However, real heroes are those people deserving of praise and recognition who prioritize the cares, concerns and well-being of others over their own. That was precisely what 28-year-old Kayla Masotto did, saving a man from drowning in an icy pond.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Kayla can be seen on a paddleboard scooting herself over to reach the man jet-skiing who had fallen into the pond. Eventually, Kayla reaches the man, who is able to pull himself up and onto her paddleboard.

In an interview, Kayla described the frightening state he was in when she finally got to him.

“His hands, fingers, legs – whole body was numb,” she said.

Kayla added that the man said that he “really thought that he was going to die.”

Right before the clip ends, Kayla states, “We all need to look out for each other and help each other.”

Kayla is an actual hero, worthy of all the praise and recognition she has received for her quick and decisive actions. She saw someone who needed help and then acted to meet that person’s need, not waiting for someone else to do it. She stepped up in a big way.

To make her rescue even more spectacular, Kayla did all of that while still wearing her pajamas and house slippers.

Heroic Barista Stops Robbery and Takes Down Criminal in Courageous Act

A heroic barista courageously stepped in to stop a robbery taking place right in front of him by physically taking down the criminal. The coffee shop employee acted without regard for his safety when he jumped in to stop the crime. Watch the video to see the brave, quick-thinking barista’s actions.

Heroes can be anyone and anywhere. They could be our neighbors, coworkers, friends, relatives or even someone we pass by on the street. We all have the potential to be heroes and to help others when they are in extreme distress.

Most people would agree that being a hero means taking decisive action in a moment of great uncertainty. Heroes are able to put their fear aside and courageously act on behalf of someone else. They provide others with much-needed assistance, even though doing so might result in them becoming injured.

A clip shows a young man doing exactly that for a person sitting in a coffee shop. The heroic barista’s actions were caught on camera as he raced in to stop the customer from being a robbery victim.

The criminal, dressed in all black and with his face covered, strolls into the shop, walks over to the customer, and brazenly attempts to steal their bag. Little does he know that the barista is about to foil his criminal plan.

Seconds into the video, the barista hits the criminal in the back with a cart. The criminal and the barista then get into a prolonged, violent physical altercation. At certain points during their struggle, the criminal sprays a substance in the face of the courageous barista. That substance turned out to be bear mace.

Eventually, the barista is able to get the criminal on the floor and, with the help of another customer, subdues him until police arrive on the scene.

The day after his brave, selfless actions, Nick Grant said he was “a little sore” and “still coughing out bear mace” but was OK.

Quick-Thinking 8-Year-Old Saves Classmate’s Life During Lunchroom Incident

A quick-thinking 8-year-old saved his classmate’s life during a frightening lunchroom incident. The young man took decisive action at the moment that, without a doubt, kept his buddy from meeting an unfortunate end. Check out the video to see the young hero in action.

We live in a dangerous world where the potential for physical and emotional harm literally surrounds us. Walking out the door in the morning to get in your vehicle to head to work could result in injury. There are hundreds of thousands of ways human beings can be injured.

Humans can even suffer injury and even die by eating – something we all need to do to remain alive can quickly become a danger and put our lives in jeopardy. Luckily, often in such situations when choking happens, the Lord will place the right person in the right place at the right time.

As a video posted on YouTube shows, that’s precisely what happened when a young man eating lunch at school started choking. The clip points out the child was enjoying his meal when he began choking on a grape almost immediately after putting it in his mouth. Understanding that he’s in extreme distress, the young man stands to his feet with both hands on his throat.

Everyone in the lunchroom appears totally oblivious to the choking child. Thankfully, the 8-year-old sitting next to the choking child quickly realizes what is going on and gets to work. He grabs ahold of his choking buddy and performs actions that look very similar to the Heimlich

maneuver. Moments later, the grape is out, and a life has been saved.

“I didn’t really know what I was doing, but I just decided to push on his stomach cause what I was thinking was, ‘Try to get air up and push out the grape,” the young hero said.

It turned out the young hero’s thoughts and instincts were correct.

Boy Scout with Autism Becomes a Hero, Helps Save His Father and Brother’s Lives

A boy scout with autism became a hero when he stepped up and helped save his father and brother’s lives. The young man took quick and decisive action during a frightening situation, which led to their rescue. Check out the short clip for the powerful and heartwarming story.

Politicians, actors and athletes are, for the most part, not heroes. The media and many on social media may say otherwise, but they are incorrect. In fact, they couldn’t be more wrong. Someone voting in Congress or putting a ball through a hoop in no way compares to what a doctor, nurse, firefighter or EMT does. One group saves lives while the other provides entertainment and casts votes.

Heroes are also frequently average, everyday people who step up and do extraordinary things in times of crisis and great peril. Louis Miklovic, 12, is the true definition of a hero.

A clip posted on YouTube details the terrifying situation that led to Louis’s heroic action. The scary incident began when Louis, his father, Josh Miklovic, and his younger brother, Pete Miklovic, were camping. Josh and Pete were enjoying a hike when Pete lost his footing, sending him and his father over a cliff and falling about 80 feet.

Louis, who saw his father and brother take the frightening fall, ran toward a nearby road to get help. He eventually caught the attention of a park ranger who happened to be driving by. Louis explained the situation to the park ranger.

At first glance, Louis’s actions don’t appear to be heroic in nature. However, as the clip explains, communicating and interacting with others can be challenging for Louis because of his autism. But the young man stepped up and was able to seek help for his father and brother.

“How he communicates with others is a challenge, but that day, it was all clear,” Josh, Louis’s father, said. “It was all clear. And that is 100 percent Louis at his finest.”

Philippians 2:4 “Not looking everyone to his private good, but keeping in mind the things of others.”

Brave Police Officer Saves Man from Fiery Truck in Daring Rescue

Sometimes, stories remind us that God places courageous people in just the right place at just the right time. A brave police officer by the name of Gloria West saves a man named Randy from a fiery truck in a daring rescue. Usually, when we see cars explode and catch on fire, it’s a scene from an adventure-packed movie–not in real life. But for Randy, one late night, his life became that scene.

He was driving down the interstate in Ohio when he realized he couldn’t stop his truck. Fearing for his life, he drove his truck into a pillar. The crash caused his truck to catch on fire, and he found himself going from one life-threatening issue to another. He was pinned down with a broken ankle and couldn’t get out of his truck. He dialed 9-1-1, and his voice was shaking in fear. He told dispatch, “Tell my wife I love her, please!”

But God wasn’t done writing Randy’s story. Officer Gloria West of the Columbus Division of Police arrived on the scene, her calm determination shining like an angel in uniform. With just a year on the force, Gloria didn’t hesitate. She knew Randy was going to die if she didn’t do something. Her voice was firm, and she told her fellow officers, “I am not going to leave him in there.”

Her body camera footage captured the incredible rescue. As flames threatened to overwhelm the truck, Gloria and her team worked quickly to pull Randy to safety. The heat was intense, but Gloria refused to let fear stop her. Once they pulled Randy from the flames, he was rushed to the hospital, injured but alive and well, thanks to the swift actions of Gloria and her fellow officers. Gloria herself suffered minor burns, but in the scheme of saving another man’s life, it didn’t matter to her. She was thankful she had done everything she could to pull him to safety.

These moments remind us how God uses ordinary people to do extraordinary things. Randy’s life was saved because someone chose courage over caution. It’s not about having superhuman strength or endless courage—it’s about being available. We’re reminded that God doesn’t always call the equipped; He equips the called, like Gloria. And when ordinary people answer that call, extraordinary things happen.

John 15:13 "Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends."

Heroic Navy Sailor Puts His Safety At Risk to Rescue Family from Burning Building

A heroic Navy sailor put his life and safety at risk to rescue a family from a burning apartment building. The man stepped up in a big way and helped to save the life of a woman and her son from a building that was engulfed in flames. Check out this daring and heroic rescue caught on video.

Heroes, heroic and heroism are words thrown around way too often in society. The bar has been significantly lowered regarding being considered a hero today. Put a ball through a hoop, vote a particular way in Congress, run for president or appear on the big screen, and you, too, will be referred to as a hero.

But, of course, we know that is entirely wrong. None of those individuals are heroes or have done anything heroic. However, there are still heroes that exist. Unfortunately, they don’t get near the attention they deserve for their courageous, life-saving deeds.

A clip posted on YouTube captured one of these actual heroes: Gabriel Journey, a member of the U.S. Navy. In the video, an apartment building’s roof is engulfed in flames as heavy, thick smoke billows into the sky. It looks like a scene straight out of a movie.

A mother and her son are still inside, trapped in the burning building. The video captures bystanders nearby frantically working and trying to figure out how to get them out and to safety. Then, seconds later, one man, Gabriel, is hoisted up onto the side of the building near the open window of the woman’s apartment.

Gabriel stands along the building’s tiny, narrow edge as he reaches into the window and grabs the woman and then her son, lowering them down to safety.

In an interview following the heroic rescue, Gabriel stated that his military training helped to prepare him for that moment.

“We train very in-depthly on combatting what we call causalities, which may be in the sense of a fire or flooding,” he said.

Proverbs 19:17 “He who has pity on the poor gives to the Lord, and the Lord will give him his reward.”

Woman's Emotional Reunion with Child She Saved With Liver Donation

A woman experienced an emotional, tear-filled reunion with the young child she helped to save by donating part of her liver. This is such a sweet, heartwarming story and moment. Be sure to check out this clip!

Life can be an adventure, and that’s putting it relatively lightly. It is a series of unexpected events, most of which we have little to no control over. Life-changing situations and circumstances can crop up out of nowhere and through no fault of our own.

Sadly, many of these unfortunate, life-changing and unforeseen situations involve medical and health challenges. No one is exempt from them, not even the smallest and most vulnerable members of society: children.

A clip posted on YouTube details a situation in which a child and his family were impacted by a terrible medical situation. Luckily, one woman stepped up in a big way to help save his life, and their reunion will bring a tear or two or three to your eyes.

According to the video, Sunny, the child, was born with biliary atresia, which is a condition that impacts the liver. Eventually, as the text in the video makes clear, doctors determined that the young man needed a liver transplant. It was then that one woman, Sandy Flash, literally gave up a part of herself.

Sandy agreed to donate a part of her liver to young Sunny. The transplant surgery was a success, and the little guy was finally able to leave the hospital after months.

The clip shows Sandy and Sunny’s family in several warm, tear-filled embraces. What an emotional and heartwarming moment. That will be one reunion that Sandy and Sunny’s family will never forget.

“I just feel called to do this, and I asked other people to do this,” Sandy said with tears in her eyes. “And I want to help someone else.”

Heroic Officers Brave Flames to Rescue Elderly Woman from Burning House

God uses everyday people to do extraordinary things in life's most critical moments. We see this time and again in stories of courage and sacrifice. In this incredible story, heroic officers brave huge flames to rescue an elderly woman trapped in a burning house.

It was late at night when a passerby in Millburn, New Jersey, noticed a house going up in flames. They called 9-1-1, and the Millburn police arrived on the scene first. Two of the household members were able to make it through the flames to safety, but the 83-year-old grandmother was still trapped inside. Despite the intense heat and thick, suffocating smoke, two heroic officers acted without hesitation. Determined to find her, one of the officers crawled through the blaze, doing his best to avoid the flames and smoke. When he finally found her, he carried her through the inferno to safety. She was immediately given first aid as soon as they reached safety.

Can you imagine what would’ve happened if the officers had chosen to wait for the firefighters to arrive on the scene? This story might have turned tragic. The officers' courage and teamwork are a testament to the faith, courage, and purpose these officers had that night. It took less than five minutes for the officers to make a difference; they humbly credit this bravery to just doing their jobs. It’s clear God’s hand was at work, using their courage to save a life.

In moments like this, we catch a glimpse of God’s heart. He empowers us and uses our unique gifts and strengths, and then He equips us with what we need to make a difference in the lives of others. Sometimes He uniquely uses us in moments of danger or in moments of giving comfort. Other times, it’s in the small and steady acts of kindness we show others.

That’s the beauty of God’s grace and power as He uses us in His plans. We don’t have to be perfect or fearless like these heroic officers; we only need to be willing.

Joshua 1:9 "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."

Compassionate Officer Steps In to Escort Woman in Labor to Hospital Safely

A compassionate officer stepped in to safely escort a woman in labor to the hospital. The woman was in a car heading down the highway when her water broke. The driver, her husband, hit the gas and disregarded stop signs and traffic laws trying to get her to the hospital.

Pregnancy can be and usually is a stressful, scary, but beautiful time. All pregnancies are a cause for concern, and it is a time to ensure you get the best care possible. But it can be particularly nerve-racking and anxiety-ridden for a woman experiencing her first pregnancy. There are so many questions and unknowns about that situation.

So, when Austin Sadowski’s wife, Mary Weertz, started going into labor, it’s understandable that both would be more than a little panicked and scared. According to the YouTube video, it was Mary’s first child, and their only concern at that moment was getting to a hospital as quickly and safely as possible. At one point during their trip to the hospital, Austin was clocked going more than 100 miles per hour down the highway.

Luckily, Officer Liz Demuynck responded to the speeding vehicle. When she learned that Mary was in labor, she helped them safely get to the hospital. Understanding the circumstances, she didn’t even demand to see Austin’s license when he offered it to her.

As it turns out, the officer’s kindness in that stressful moment was a literal lifesaver. The clip posted on YouTube states that Mary needed an emergency c-section, and they arrived at the hospital just in the nick of time.

“Being a mom of two myself and understanding the gravity of what can happen and the severity of how things can shift so fast, I think I kind of went into mom mode,” the officer said. “It was great to meet him in real-life form and not just in mom’s belly.”

Ephesians 4:32 “And be kind to one another, full of pity, having forgiveness for one another, even as God in Christ had forgiveness for you.”

Quick-Thinking Bus Passengers Take Charge During Driver’s Medical Emergency

It is always encouraging to hear stories about everyday heroes. Check out this video where quick-thinking bus passengers take charge during a driver’s medical emergency.

The video begins with a narrator sharing how the bus driver passes out on his morning route. We then see footage of the bus from a security camera.

An alarm sounds on the bus, and a passenger holding his morning coffee quickly responds by getting up and tending to the driver. He asks if the driver is alright and then another passenger further in the back runs to assist. The second passenger thinks on his feet and jumps into the driver’s seat on the bus. He takes charge and gets the bus under control while the other man tends to the driver.

The way that these passengers responded is nothing short of heroic. The one driving even thinks clearly enough to call the dispatch and update them on what is going on at their bus in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The passenger driving the bus had never driven a bus, but was calm and confident enough to protect those on board and on the road. The driver had a seizure that was being tended to during all of this chaos. The man took charge by driving the bus and helping it to come to a stop at a bus stop safely. His name is Joseph Wood.

In the interview, he shares that that is a big machine that could have hurt a lot of people if it had gotten out of control. These heroic acts saved lives of those in the path and on the bus. In unforeseen situations, we can call upon the Lord to be our help as we look to Him and trust in Him, just like this passenger was given strength to do what he needed to do, God gives us the strength to do the same as well.

“I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.”  Psalm 121:1-2

Quick-Thinking Bus Driver Saves Little Girl Walking Alone in New York

A quick-thinking bus driver saved a little girl walking alone in New York City.

When most people hear the word heroes, they likely think of superheroes, largely thanks to Hollywood’s endless lineup of Marvel and DC movies. Still, others may even imagine athletes, actors and, for some reason, even politicians whenever hero, heroism or heroic is mentioned. Knowing that anyone would consider individuals who campaign for public office – big or small – to be heroes means that the meaning of that title has been significantly corrupted.

Heroes are people who look out for the welfare of others. They put others ahead of themselves and, at times, risk their safety and lives for someone else, even strangers. People who put a ball through a hoop, vote in Congress or work in the Oval Office are not even remotely heroes.

But Luis Jimenez is a hero, and his quick-thinking actions likely saved a 5-year-old girl from severe injury and possibly death.

According to a video posted on YouTube, Luis, a New York City bus driver, was simply doing his job when he noticed an unusual sight. He saw a young woman walking down the sidewalk in Manhattan by herself. The video states that Louis watched the little girl for a block or so and then told someone on the bus to call 911. He knew something was wrong.

After the call to 911, Louis stopped the bus, and he and other passengers had the child get on the bus, off the streets and away from possible harm.

“My instinct as a father came on,” Luis said. “If I see a kid in the street in need of help, I would want somebody to have to help one of my children.”

It turned out that Louis’s hunch about the young girl was correct. She had been reported missing from her school. The little lady was apparently on a mission, headed to a pet store to buy a fish to replace hers that had recently died.

Philippians 2:4 “Not looking everyone to his private good but keeping in mind the things of others.”

Heroic Dog Saves Elderly Owner’s Life by Tracking Down Help After He Fell

A heroic dog saved her elderly owner’s life by tracking down help after he fell and injured himself.

Dogs are some of the best beings you will encounter on this planet. They are loyal, dependable and loving. Also, most of the time, if you show one of those cute, furry and four-legged creatures any attention and love, you’ve got a friend for life. How can you not have a soft spot in your heart for canines?

A clip posted on YouTube details a situation in Washington state where, if not for the heroic and loving actions of one dog, her owner would have died. Instead, the dog was able to track down help and led a deputy to its owner, who had fallen and gotten injured.

The video states that Keith Johnson, 84, was letting his dog Gita outside one more morning when things took a turn for the worse. Keith states that when he let the canine out, he “got disoriented and dizzy.” He eventually stumbled to the ground, dislocating and cracking his hip.

Keith remained on the ground, unable to move, for several hours. However, Gita, the 13-year-old dog, always the trustworthy and dependable companion, stayed by Keith’s side the entire time. Eventually, Keith, understanding that he was in a terrible position, told Gita to find help.

Gita knew precisely what to do to get Keith some much-needed help.

The dog ran toward the highway and, while standing on the side of the road, caught the attention of a passing deputy. Eventually, Gita led the responding deputy straight to Keith. Gita’s actions had literally saved Keith’s life.

“I get choked up thinking about it,” Keith said. “She knew what she was doing. I tell her I love her every time I talk to her.”

Humans do not deserve dogs. God knew what He was doing when He put them on Earth.

Genesis 1:21 “And God created great whales, and every living creature that moves, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.”

Heroic Woman Safely Lands Plane After Her Husband, The Pilot, Has Heart Attack

A heroic woman managed to safely land a plane after her husband, the pilot, suffered a heart attack during the flight.

Hero, heroism and heroic are words that are used far too often in society. Today, everyone can be a hero, and one does not have to do much to have that title bestowed upon them. Those words are erroneously used to describe more and more people all the time.

Run for office while promising people anything and everything as you use colorful language, and many deem you a hero. Or put a ball through a hoop, throw a football a certain number of yards or memorize and spout lines written by someone else, and you will also be someone worthy of that title. The definition of hero and heroism has become incredibly warped and skewed. Not many, if any, of those people described are heroic.

However, one woman, Yvonne Kinane-Wells, is a hero. She came through in a big way during an unbearably stressful and high-pressure, life-or-death situation. Yvonne landed a plane without incident after her husband, who was the pilot of their private plane, suffered a heart attack mid-flight. The incident happened as Yvonne and her husband were flying from Las Vegas to Monterey, California.

In a clip posted on YouTube, an air traffic control operator talks Yvonne through the landing procedure. Before the emergency, Yvonne had no piloting experience. Instead of Monterey, the air traffic controller directed Yvonne to the Bakersfield Airport.

In the interactions with air traffic control, Yvonne stayed cool, calm and collected despite the intense and scary circumstances. With air traffic control’s instructions, Yvonne somehow manages to land the plane at the airport without even so much of a scratch.

“Well, it’s, it’s to my knowledge, unprecedented,” said one airport official. “I’ve never seen it in my entire career.”

Yvonne is undoubtedly worthy of being called a hero. She did something most people would never dream of doing during an intense, life-or-death situation. One could even call what Yvonne did a miracle.

Deuteronomy 31:6 “Be strong and take heart, and have no fear of them: for it is the Lord your God who is going with you; he will not take away his help from you.”

Child Remains Calm and Calls 911 Amid Mother’s Medical Emergency

A child was able to remain calm and call 911 during her mother’s medical emergency, helping to save her life.

Remaining calm during highly intense, high-pressure situations is a significantly underrated and invaluable skill. Everyone, at one time or another, will encounter circumstances when making the right decision correctly under pressure will make all the difference. It may come up at work, home, the grocery store or someplace else.

When those high-pressure situations happen, many people lose their cool and buckle when it’s time to come through in a big way. However, others can keep their heads, stay calm and provide assistance, even lifesaving help, when the circumstances call for it. That was precisely what one little girl, 5-year-old Zoey, did during a medical emergency.

A clip posted on YouTube states that Zoey helped save her mother’s life when she fainted as she experienced a seizure-like episode. That had to have been a terrifying experience for the youngster. Most people, let alone children, would have lost their composure, at least for a few moments.

But Zoey was able to remain calm during the situation.

The young lady, after her mother fainted, reached out to 911. The short clip includes a portion of the call to emergency services. Zoey is calm, cool and collected. She tells the operator exactly what happened and who she has already contacted about the situation.

Not only that, but Zoey’s mother states that her daughter provided “100% accurate information.”

So, how could someone so young stay calm during such an intense situation? Zoey credits her breathing for allowing her to help save her mother’s life.

“I took 10 deep breaths,” Zoey said. “I took 10 deep breaths. So, I calmed down. I was panicking, but I calmed down.”

This child is not only a hero but is wise enough to know that remaining calm during such a situation is crucial to being able to help others.

2 Timothy 1:7 “For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of self-control.”

Heroic Officers Save Choking Baby in Dramatic Rescue Captured on Video

When time is of the essence, two heroic officers step up to save a choking baby in this dramatic rescue captured on video. The two officers from the Highstown Police Department are being hailed as heroes. Officer Officers Daniel Abbatemarco and Kenneth Larson responded to a distress call. They arrived on the scene on the side of the road to find a frantic family and a baby in grave danger.

The baby had begun to choke while she was in her car seat. Upon arriving, the officers quickly assessed the situation and immediately recognized the severity of the infant's condition. Without missing a second, Officers Abbatemarco and Larson began performing the infant Heimlich maneuver, a critical technique designed to clear the airway of choking victims. The parents were frantic and begging the officers to save the baby’s life.

Throughout the tense moments, the officers remained calm and collected, reassuring the distressed family, which was incredible to watch. Once they cleared the baby’s airway, they coaxed the baby girl to cry.

“Let’s let out a cry, sweetheart,” one of the officers said as the other held the little girl in his arms. Once she was able to breathe, she let out a wail from the terrifying ordeal. Soon after, the paramedics arrived and they praised the officers for knowing exactly what to do. This story would have been tragic if the officers did not know how to do the infant Heimlich maneuver. They only had precious seconds to save the little girl’s life.

The video was posted online and gained thousands of views and hundreds of comments of praise. One viewer put herself in the parent's shoes. She commented, “I can only imagine how the parents feel at the moment. A parent's nightmare. This is why people need CPR classes.” Another person commented, “Not all heroes wear capes;” we couldn't agree more.  Another viewer said she loved seeing the softer side of the police department. She added, “Absolutely in love with this video! I love seeing the softer side of officers and seeing the community come together to support this family️ I'm just tickled pink that your munchkin made it outta the dark. The first cry sent goosebumps from head to toe.”

What a blessed sound that first cry was. We are so thankful for everyday heroes like these officers. We hope this video of their courage brightened your day.

Officer Rushes to The Scene And Helps Deliver Baby in CVS Parking Lot

An officer rushed to the scene of an emergency and helped to deliver a baby in a CVS parking lot.

The men and women in law enforcement are some of the bravest individuals you will ever meet. They regularly experience the worst elements our society has to offer. When everyone else runs away from an emergency or disaster, police officers and firefighters go in the other direction. They are individuals looking to help whenever something tragic occurs.

Police officers and firefighters often offer comfort and safety during uncertainty and despair. Their efforts may even save a life or, as one clip posted on social media shows, help bring a new life into the world.

As every parent knows, children do not generally adhere to any schedule. When they want or need something, they want it now, regardless of the time or the inconvenience it may cause Mom and Dad.

When on duty, Lieutenant Sedrick Hayes received a radio call for help; he immediately rushed over. Once on the scene, he discovered Cam and Lindsay Hamden. The couple was in a CVS parking lot because Lindsay was pregnant, and they both knew the child was about to arrive and they weren't going to make it to the hospital.

As the clip mentions, Lindsay was grateful for Officer Hayes' assistance with the birth.

"He was like, 'How are you? Are you Ok?'" Lindsay said. "I'm like, 'I'm in a lot of pain,' and she shoots out and then she starts crying. And hearing him say, like, 'She's breathing, her color looks good.'"

Later in the clip, it's revealed that God had placed Officer Hayes in the right place at the right time. This was the second birth that the officer had helped with while on duty. He had previously helped deliver a baby in 2001.

Isaiah 41:10 "Have no fear, for I am with you; do not be looking about in trouble, for I am your God; I will give you strength, yes, I will be your helper; yes, my true right hand will be your support."

Heroic Officer's Daring, Action-Movie Move Saves Man’s Life

A heroic officer successfully performed a daring, action-movie maneuver during an emergency and saved one man's life.

Law enforcement is one of the most dangerous career fields. The men and women in those professions often see and interact with some of society's worst elements. They continually risk their safety and lives for the well-being of others. When most people run away from a disaster or an emergency, firefighters and police officers head towards it.

While those men and women are certainly heroic and completely deserving of respect and admiration, Hollywood movies commonly embellish their deeds. In many action films, firefighters and police officers have almost superhero abilities, pulling off impossible feats with little ease. Well, one police officer's heroic action does not require any embellishment. What she did was straight out of a movie!

A clip posted on YouTube captured the woman's brave move as she and her partner responded to the scene. The video explains that a driver was experiencing a medical emergency while heading down the road. The truck was swerving back and forth on the road, which could have resulted in deadly crashes.

The responding police vehicle can be seen pulling up next to the truck. While moving down the road, the officer can be heard telling the driver to "roll the back window down all the way!" and to "Stop the vehicle."

Unfortunately, as the officers explained, the driver was in a daze and did not respond to those instructions. The officer was left with only one move in trying to get the vehicle to stop.

With the police car only six inches away from the truck, the female officer begins to climb out of the police vehicle and into the truck. She goes from the police car to the truck while both vehicles continue to move down the road!

Once inside the truck, the police officer manages to stop the vehicle. She quickly put it in park and shut it off.

What an extraordinary and heroic move! She put her own life at risk as she saved the truck driver and other motorists from potential harm.

Quick-Thinking Bus Driver Saves Child Running Down Busy Street

Watch as a bus driver’s quick thinking helps save a child who was spotted running down a busy street.

A bus driver named Peter saw a little boy running down the middle of a street all alone. This little boy was found in just a diaper and a tank top. He didn’t even have any shoes on. Peter quickly decided to help the little boy. Peter chose to block the intersection and secure his bus. This helped to protect himself, the little boy, and others who may stumble onto the scene.

After making sure the environment was safe, Peter quickly jumped off of his bus and picked up the little boy. Peter found that the little boy couldn’t speak. He then decided to call his union rep as well as 911 to get assistance.

The Police showed up to help, but the cutest thing was that the little boy wanted to get another hug from Peter. Isn’t that just so precious? As we go on to find out in the video, the little boy was about four blocks from home and happened to wander out of his home while his father was asleep and his mother was at work. Thank goodness there was a good man like Peter around to help!

Upon the boy’s return, Peter shares that the mom of the little boy was beyond grateful for Peter’s quick thinking and the help he provided for her son. Peter even goes on to say that the mom and he are good friends on Facebook, now. Even situations like these can develop friendships.

I wonder how many people passed this little boy on the street and didn’t do anything. Sometimes, it can be hard to take action when we’re caught up in the busyness of life and our own circumstances. We can thank God for good people in the world, such as Peter and that he took quick action to help a young child in need.
