Pay attention, Children of God, members of the Body of Christ, do NOT fight evil spirits DIRECTLY but fight them INDIRECTLY by focusing on The LORD Jesus Christ who has the power to directly confront them. God, through his angels has the power to directly confront evil spirits in all their set-up places: occult world, spirit world, strong holds, and territories. Need to understand why we do what we do and stop trying to be fanciful

Paul wrote to Colossians because things were being added to salvation that did not align with Gods word

People don’t get saved because of things they don’t want to give up
• Church has tried in vain and incorrectly to make it easier for sins to be acceptable in the church
• Cry out against sin, don’t be deceived
• World wants you to think you cant change or be changed from your sinful nature
• God's Word will change you and take your sinful nature

Col 1:23
• Don’t be moved from the Gospel
• You can be moved if your flesh is weak
• You need to correct yourself and follow your own (righteous) advice
• Sins will find you out

My will is to please God and not my flesh

The Love of Jesus Christ is absolute and never ending. But, sometimes ours is not as it should be, it needs cultivation. The Lord is willing to take the love we have until He can make it what He wants.

The eldest son was a deeply flawed man and yet the Father still called Him son.Isn't it wonderful to know that the Father in heaven calls us His children despite our failings and fall downs.The Father also said to the eldest son .. " You are ever with Me ".. and that great truth is to us as well.
