A group of airport workers went the extra mile to find a lost diamond from a wedding ring. After their initial efforts came up empty, they kept working until they were successful. Watch the short but tear-jerking video to see how far the maintenance workers went to recover one woman’s lost diamond.

Sadly, there is a lot of hatred and evil in the world. One quick look at any television news broadcast or popular social media platform will prove this. Unfortunately, sin and its impact can be spotted all around us, and it only seems to be worsening.

However, while sin has utterly ruined and destroyed our world, flashes and instances of goodness and kindness can also be found. Kind and caring people still exist, and those who are willing to help others whenever possible are still around. That’s what one woman learned after discovering that the diamond from her wedding ring was missing.

In a clip posted on social media, one woman, April Schmitt, who has been married to her husband for more than 30 years, had just landed back home in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While on her drive home, she noticed something unusual, something horrible. The diamond from her wedding ring was gone. After making this unfortunate discovery, she rushed back to the airport.

Odds for recovering the diamond were not in her favor. But that did not stop six maintenance workers from doing what they could. The video shows the determined gentleman working on and digging into the luggage carousel. Their initial efforts came up empty, but they were not to be deterred.

The clip mentions that the six men would continue looking until they located the missing diamond. Eventually, they found the diamond, which was returned to April.

“The expression on her face, you know, it made it all worth it,” said one of those kind and determined maintenance workers.

Kind and caring people still exist in the world, but just like those airport maintenance workers who found the diamond, you just have to know where to look.

Deuteronomy 6:6–7 (NIV) “These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Lord, Thank You for the warmth, beauty, and stillness of summer. As days stretch long and light spills into evening skies, awaken my soul to fresh wonder. Joyful tears flowed as one couple celebrated pregnancy news after years of fertility struggles. The woman became utterly overwhelmed with emotion as she informed her husband that she is pregnant after years of trying to conceive. There is arguably no greater blessing on Earth than being a parent. Yes, becoming a mother or a father will completely change your life in every way imaginable, but always for the better. Children can be exhausting, and they will get on your nerves more than you’d care to admit. But no parent would trade being a parent for anything in the world. Mother or father is the most important position and title you could ever hope to receive.

However, for some couples, the road to becoming parents is more difficult than for others and can often be filled with tears and heartbreak. That is especially true when there are fertility issues and struggles. They can be gut-wrenching and devastating, resulting in unimaginable hurt and heartache. A clip posted on YouTube shows what happens when a couple who had struggled with fertility issues for years learned they were finally going to become parents.

The video begins with the wife sitting on the ground, and her husband enters the room moments later. Given how slowly and deliberately he enters and the look of concern on his face, he knows something is up but is not quite sure what.

He slowly kneels next to his wife and gets a look at her positive pregnancy test. A massive smile comes across his face as he moves in to hug his pregnant wife. As he does, she begins sobbing uncontrollably, likely feeling all kinds of emotion in that beautiful moment.

Near the end of the clip, she mentions that she cannot believe her eyes, stating that she thinks she is in shock after years of trying. 

Psalm 127:3 “See, children are a heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.”

In a tearful video, a mother shares her thoughts, feelings and fears about returning to work after giving birth to twins. She is completely authentic and honest about what she feels at that moment. Watch the short but powerful clip to hear what she has to say about leaving her children and returning to work.

There is no greater blessing on Earth than being a parent. No title or position is more important than being a mother or a father. Children, while they are full of energy and tend to cry a lot, bring so much joy and happiness to every household. Of course, this is something that every parent knows and understands.

Every parent would trade anything in the world for more time with their children. Sadly, because having a job and making a living are necessities, many parents don’t have the luxury of staying home with their children all day. But that time with one’s children is precious because those moments can never be recovered.

In a clip posted on YouTube, one mother shared her fears about returning to work after being home with her twins for the past three months. With tears streaming down her face, she expressed her thoughts and feelings while holding her twins. These thoughts and feelings are likely ones that every parent has felt as they transitioned back to work following the birth of children.

“So, today is my last day of maternity leave, and I go back to work tomorrow,” she said. “And I just…feel like I haven’t had enough time with them.

“It’s just such an abrupt change,” she added. “You’re with your babies all the time, and then you pick them up from day care and you might just get a few hours.”

Later in the video, she explained how, at that moment, she felt “so disconnected” from them and feared that her children would forget her.

The time with our children is precious. They are only little for a short time. Blink, and their childhood is over.

A bride brought her dad to tears with a surprise audio recording of her great-grandfather. Given his emotional reaction, the young woman's father was not expecting what his daughter found. Watch the short but tear-jerking clip to see and hear what the bride found and her father's response.

Weddings are often very emotional occasions where people shed a tear or two. Anyone who has ever attended a wedding and a reception knows there are plenty of opportunities to become emotional. There's the moment the bride enters the sanctuary and starts making her way down the aisle, when the happy couple begins exchanging vows and is pronounced husband and wife.

The reception also offers plenty of chances to become teary-eyed. There are the best man and maid of honor speeches and the father-daughter and mother-son dances. A clip posted on YouTube captures a father and his daughter, who has just gotten hitched, during the father-daughter dance at her reception when he unexpectedly becomes emotional, but not for the reason you might think.

Before her wedding day, the bride started going through old home movies when she made a startling discovery. She came across an old audio recording of her great-grandfather, her father's grandfather, singing. The clip also mentions that on the recording were her grandmother, her father's mother, and him singing as a child. Her father had no idea that recording even existed.

Seconds after the song begins, the bride's father is overcome with emotion and unable to stop himself from crying.

"Folks will begin to, maybe, record those special moments today and realize how special they'll be for years down the road," the father of the bride said.

What a lovely and unexpected gift the young woman gave her father on a day intended to be about her and the new chapter in her life.

A UPS driver’s breaktime moment has everyone smiling. The young man took a momentary timeout from delivering packages and took advantage of an opportunity to beat the heat. Watch the short but hilarious clip to see the UPS driver’s unexpected move.

Summertime is a terrific opportunity to get outside and enjoy all nature has to offer, but it can also be a rather uncomfortable time of year. Soaring temperatures and unbearable humidity send crowds scrambling toward their local swimming pools every June, July and August. Of course, swimming is one activity that helps make the conditions outside a little more doable.

However, while diving into a pool is the most popular way to beat the summer heat and humidity, other water-related activities fulfill the same task. Participating in balloon fights and running through the sprinklers will also cool you down. But they are obviously not nearly as fun as having a go at a Slip ‘N Slide, and that’s precisely what a group of young men and a United Parcel Service employee did.

In the clip posted on YouTube, a UPS driver was captured unexpectedly taking a turn on a Slip ‘N Slide. He took a much-needed break from the heat to go down the wet slide, which was laid out in the front yard. Everyone appeared to be having the time of their life!

Immediately after going down the slide, the driver hops right back up and heads back to work, not appearing the least bit worried that his clothes were now more than a little damp.

The clip points out that young men who asked the UPS driver to join them for a high-speed ride down the water-covered slide were celebrating their recent high school graduation.

When it’s scorching and unbearably hot outside, you do whatever you have to beat the heat, even if it means going down a water slide fully dressed.

David was tough, and ran after he Bear and Lion when they took his sheep. He killed them and snatched the lamb from their mouths. This training prepared him to face his Giant.  Whether you know it of not, God has some of you in training for your purpose in life. You have a Giant waiting for you. It was during this time, that David found his gift--Writing Songs. This timeless psalm, often referred to as "The Lord is my Shepherd," serves as a testament to his profound spiritual insight and his ability to find solace and strength in his daily duties. Beyond his spiritual growth, David's time as a shepherd boy honed his character and prepared him for future challenges. He wasn't just a faithful caretaker; he was an extraordinary teen who discovered and refined his unique abilities. It was in the wilderness that he courageously confronted and defeated both a lion and a bear that threatened his flock. These seemingly isolated incidents were, in fact, crucial training grounds, equipping him with the bravery, skill, and unwavering faith he would need for much larger battles. These encounters illustrate a fundamental truth: everybody has a gift, and often, these gifts are unearthed and refined in unexpected places and circumstances. Indeed, David's journey as a shepherd boy exemplifies how discovering and embracing one's gift can lead to remarkable opportunities. His courage in protecting his sheep, rooted in his faithfulness and trust in God, directly prepared him to face the seemingly insurmountable challenge of Goliath. His past victories against the lion and the bear instilled in him the confidence and conviction that he could overcome any foe with God's help. This powerful progression highlights that once you find your gift, it will promote you and set you in front of influential people. David's shepherd's staff and sling, once tools of his humble profession, became instruments of divine purpose, ultimately elevating him from a simple shepherd to a king who would profoundly impact history.
