Dr. James E. Collins serves as the Presiding Bishop and Senior Pastor of Eagle Heights Cathedral—a vibrant, multicultural congregation in Revere, Massachusetts affiliated with the Assemblies of God denomination. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and Master of Divinity degree and founded the Eagle Heights Bible College as well as the Pastoral Leadership Forum to mentor emerging leaders.
