About Pastor Karen
Rev. Karen Rydwansky is the founding pastor and former senior leader of Crossroads Worship Center in Weymouth, Massachusetts—a culturally diverse and rapidly growing church launched in 2004. She earned her Master of Arts in Urban Ministry from Gordon‑Conwell Theological Seminary and served in leadership roles such as Director of Women’s Ministries for the Southern New England District, Reactor-major—becoming the first woman elected as Boston Section Presbyter within her denomination.
Known for her authenticity and passion for spiritual clarity, Pastor Karen brings verse-by-verse teaching, real-life application, and a pastoral heart to Life at the Crossroads. The program guides listeners through pivotal decision points—offering biblical perspective, practical wisdom, and encouragement for every season of life.
Since celebrating the 20th anniversary and her retirement in May 2024, Pastor Karen continues to be an influential voice through radio and ministry speaking to broadcast a message of transformative faith and community connection across Greater Boston
