This is an incredibly powerful story when Marine Chad Robichaux shares his  I Am Second Testimony.

He begins by describing his experience in the Afghanistan takeover in 2021. He shares that a new mother tried to get her infant to be passed over the gate. “That is the level of desperation,” Chad says. 

There is a flashback to an older I Am Second video with Chad. He tells about the restoration of His faith after PTSD. Chad created The Mighty Oaks Foundation with his wife to minister to military couples. 

Chad shares about the heroes of the faith being unqualified. They were not perfectly put together, but they were willing to be obedient. Now, Chad is sharing an incredible story about a friend named Aziz who worked with him to take on the evil leaders in Afghanistan. 

Chad shares that Aziz saved his life 3 times in particular, but that he also protected him every day. Chad ended up safely back in America with his family, and Aziz was still in his home country, being threatened. When America decided to pull out of Afghanistan, Chad decided that he was going to get his friend out of there.

Chad called some friends and had twelve people ready to go get Aziz, interpreters, and Christians out of harm's way. He shares the miraculous ways that God provided for them. The UAE gave them an aircraft, the pilots, and the airfield. They received 25,000 requests for help within one week. 

On the first day, they got 160 people into the airport. Chad shares about the high level of desperation during the takeover and how a suicide bomber went into the crowd. He says, holding back tears how awful it was to witness the death and injuries from this attack. 

He shares that they were able to get Aziz, his wife, and their 6 children out, but 17,000 were left behind. Chad reveals that they could not leave after what they saw. They stayed and flew 5,000 people out.

Chad shares about the fear that came in as he and a guy named Dennis were going to create pathways in Tajikistan to get the innocent out. God gave him peace. He says that he never felt fear or tired because of the Spirit’s strength. 

Lastly, Chad got a call about Ukraine. He showed up. They helped to get out various individuals and saved their lives. Chad was used in a mighty way by the Lord to bring hope in a hopeless situation. With Christ, all things are possible. 

“Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26

Surrendering to God's Will! Part Six "Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven." Matthew 6:10 In times of uncertainty, when the road ahead seems foggy, or when we encounter obstacles that shake our faith, let us remember that surrender is not a one-time event but a lifelong journey. It is a continuous process of aligning our will with God's, day by day, moment by moment. It requires us to pause, reflect, and recalibrate our hearts toward His purpose. Each day brings new opportunities for surrender. Take a moment to examine your life and identify areas where you may be holding on tightly to your desires, plans, or ambitions. Ask yourself if there are areas where you have struggled to fully surrender to God's will, where you find it difficult to let go and trust His guidance. Psalm 37:5 says, "Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass." In those moments, breathe deeply and surrender those areas to God in prayer. Ask for His strength to release your grip on control and seek His discernment in aligning your desires with His. Trust that God will faithfully unveil His divine plan for your life as you surrender, stirring purpose and joy within your soul. Dear brethren, surrendering to God's will is not always easy, and it is normal to face resistance within ourselves. But when we choose to surrender, we are met with the abundance of His grace and the peace that surpasses all understanding. In surrender to God's Will, we experience true freedom, unburdened by the weight of our striving and embraced by the boundless love of our Heavenly Father. Amen. Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit your works to the LORD, and your plans will be achieved." Amen. Prayer for Today! May God's grace illuminate your path, offering reassurance and a sense of unwavering faith at any moment. Really discouraged, I poured out my heart to God and He answered. It took awhile for it to sink in though, 20 years!

Thousands of children are being blessed and hearing the Gospel because of the faithfulness and dedication of two farmers – Matt and Kristel Stone - in northeastern Ohio with Operation Christmas Child.

Farming is a difficult but necessary profession. Farmers heavily invest in terms of time and money into their fields, hoping to yield a worthwhile and financially successful return. Sometimes, due to the weather conditions, patterns and other factors beyond one’s control, that’s not always the case.

Regardless of the ups and downs of farming, Matt and Kristel state they are privileged to continually see the work of God in their profession.

“It feels like you can see God’s hand on the farm in every aspect,” Kristel said. “Just through planting, through caring for the animals, through the land, through looking out our front window and just seeing, like, God’s handiwork. To me, it’s a really clear picture of how God works.”

Now, the two farmers are seeing the work of God in an entirely different way. Matt’s mother was involved in Operation Christmas Child. She helped to deliver packages to children who truly needed them, and according to Matt, it was an experience that forever changed her heart and life.

Matt’s mother’s life was so impacted by her volunteer work with Operation Christmas Child that one of her dying wishes was for that mission to continue. She asked Matt and Kristel to get involved and help share the Gospel with those in need.

Responding faithfully to that request and call, Matt and Kristel have opened their farm to volunteers. In the years since, Matt, Kristel and an army of volunteers have packaged thousands of shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child.

Kristel is sold out and committed to Operation Christmas Child. She states that her volunteer work has given her the opportunity to minister to others, particularly those who volunteer in her barn.

“And I will share this mission about Operation Christmas Child with you,” Kristel said. “And tell you about where this box will go and what difference it will make. And in the meantime, I get to show them what Jesus has done in my life because I learned how serving, laying my life down is where all the transformation begins.”

“And he said to them, ‘There is much grain ready to be cut, but not enough workers: so make prayer to the Lord of the grainfields that he will send works to get in the grain.” – Luke 10:2

Prominent reality TV star, musician and tattoo artist Kat Von D, who renounced her old ways and beliefs, has publicly declared her faith in Jesus Christ by being baptized.

Stepping out and acting in faith is always a scary idea. Naturally, everyone wants to know what’s coming next and to be ready for whatever may come next. But the Lord doesn’t often work that way. Following Him requires a fair amount of faith and reliance upon His guidance and direction. 

One way in which followers of Christ show their faith and trust in the Lord is to receive the sacrament of baptism. It’s stepping out publicly, declaring to all that you are a follower of the one true King and that whatever may come next is in His hands. 

In a video posted on Instagram in early October, Kat Von D, who appeared on the popular reality TV show Miami Ink, was baptized. The short video begins with several shots of a church and people worshiping, praying and singing in that place of worship. Kat is then spotted sitting in a pew and singing in the choir. 

But near the end of the video, Kat stands silently with her eyes closed in a baptismal pool. A middle-aged gentleman, also in the pool, addresses the congregation and Kat before baptizing the reality TV star.

“Katherine von Drachenberg, upon your profession of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and in obedience to his divine command, I baptize you, my sister, in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,” the man, who is likely the church’s pastor, says.

Kat’s public profession of her faith in Jesus Christ comes a little more than a year after she had stated on Instagram that she was done with witchcraft, the dark and the macabre. 

“Today, I went through my entire library, and threw out books that just don’t align with who I am and who I want to be,” Kat wrote.

She added, “It’s never been more clear to me that there is a spiritual battle taking place, and I want to surround myself and my family with love and light.”

Ephesians 6:12 “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

When country music legend Reba McEntire suffered a monumental loss in life, she nearly gave up singing altogether.

Hopefully, everyone has someone they can count on when life gets tough and unbearable. This person is often a shoulder to cry on as they listen and give advice. This same individual is usually a great encourager and an excellent support system, giving others the confidence they need to reach their full potential. For Reba, that person was her mother.

Reba McEntire has enjoyed a career that has spanned decades. She has been in movies, had her own television show, and produced dozens of hit songs throughout the years. But she almost gave up on music entirely. Her mother died in 2020, and as it would anybody, it left her devastated. 

In a clip posted on YouTube, Reba revealed during an interview on the Today Show that following the death of her beloved mother, she almost put down the microphone. Reba recalls a conversation while going through items in her parent’s house when she thought she was likely done with music.

“Because I told Suzie, we were, we were cleaning out the house, and I was going through pictures,” Reba said. “And I said, ‘I just don’t think I’m going to do this anymore.’ She said, ‘What?’ I said, ‘Sing.’ 

Reba’s reasoning for contemplating giving up music? She said, “I always did it for momma.”

Luckily for everyone, Reba decided to stay in the music game and is now even one of the coaches on the popular singing program The Voice. 

Later in the interview, Jenna mentioned losing her grandparents and how she looks at grief. She views it not necessarily as an unwanted emotion but as a gift. Reba, in response, mentioned that she totally concurred with Jenna’s assessment.

“Absolutely,” Reba said. “It is a total gift. If you had no emotion whatsoever when they left, you missed out on something. I agree with you 100 percent.”

Revelation 21:4 “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, no crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.”
